We have been a little busy.....

What would summer be without lots of fun???? We have been busy the past few months. I signed the kids up to go to a 4H week camp just so they would have something to do. They had lots of fun. They all got ribbons and they get $3 for every ribbon they won.

This is the blanket Coleman made at the 4H camp. He is very proud. (And so I am!)
Mackenzie won the biggest ribbon (I am not really sure why) but hey, I think it should be worth at least $1o!! (they don't get their money until Sept.)

They all learned how to do outdoor cooking. This is Blake's poster. He is cooking cinamon apples.

Grant is roasting marshmellows. lol

This is a picture of the quilt Coleman made
My nephew Byron stayed with us and went to the camp. His picture is of his family making a fire

Mackenzie made bacon and eggs

We took the kids boating at Palisades Reservoir, and the kids got all excited to show off their outdoor cooking skills that they learned and they made us tin foil dinners. Eric and I decided that they didn't pay much attention during this lesson because they ALL burnt dinner.
I guess you get this picture twice!

They LOVED the tube! I think that is what we did most of the time!

Blake and Coleman
Eric is a pro!
I am a pro in training! Yes, that is me out there!

Then we got the hot dog out and they LOVED that just as much as the tube

Our boys!

Our captain! (I have a little crush on him!)

Coleman jumping in

Eric...he is pretty much good at anything he does!

Blake jumpin'

Mackenzie giving it a try
Everyone made it look so fun, I couldn't resist!
I even rode the hot dog with Coleman.
Coleman and Blake. If you were wondering, Blake was pretending he was riding a Bull

The Kiddio Rodeo. Coleman riding our friends pony

Mackenzie and Shalee riding Shalee's horse around the fair grounds. Most of us would ride bikes, but thats not how they do it here in Idaho! :)
Grant entered the pie eating contest. He said it wasn't as easy as he thought it would be. He didn't win.
Blake and Coleman waiting for their turn to chase a pig. If they get the ribbon off it's tail, they win $5.
Someone else won the $5

And then of course Mackenzie is either dressing the boys up in her clothes (I sooooo want to post those pictures, but I better not), or she is throwing a party. This is a re accuring event at our house. I tried posting a video of us at this specific party, but I couldn't get it to upload.

Speaking of Mackenzie, she has wanted to get her ears pierced for the longest time but couldn't get the nerves to do it. I finally bribed her with a gift certificate that was given to me. She finally got the nerves to do it......ha! ha! After we walked out of the store, she went COMPLETELY pale and she barfed in my sister's jacket (thanks again Jeannie! I REALLY didn't want the embarassment of my child barfing on the floor in the middle of the mall!)

This is my favorite picture!

She was so brave!
And there you have it! A cute little earring on a cute little girl!

Now that football season is about to begin, we will be in Salt Lake a lot so we can attend the B.Y.U. games!! Also, I just got put in the Young Women's Presidency, so I don't really see life slowing down very soon!

Ethan would sure love to meet his cool aunt Hannah! =) You'll be awesome in the young women program by the way!
