The past 2 weeks have been soooo quiet at my house. My kids are with their dad in Oregon and won't be back until Tuesday, August 12th! I miss them soooooooo much! I have been playing with my nephews to try to fill that void. I have been trying to keep myself busy. I am in the middle of moving and I thought it would be such a great idea to pack the kids stuff while they were gone. I didn't realize how much stuff the have "collected". I spent a week in Lake Powell with some friends, last week I drove to Cortez, Colorado for the day for work and I have also been up to Idaho (that seems to be my favorite spot these days!) :) and in the morning I am headed for a vacation in Vegas! I am really glad my kids get to spend this time with their dad but I am going to be so glad to have them back home!

Hannah, what is this about moving??? where are you moving too? I'm sure when your kids get home you will be smothering them with kisses and hugs! And then in two days you'll wish you had a little longer away! Just kidding. I love your kids, and I can't wait till you get them back! I'm sure they are having fun.
I'm with Em. Where are you moving? Tell us about it! Enjoy your break and do lots of fun grown-up stuff while they're gone. Have fun in Vegas!
I am moving back to my parents house so I can pay off my car. Vegas was lots of fun and my kids come home tomorrow night!!!!
Oh and Kristy, we chickened out on that "plan" but it is still going to happen! :)
