I'm on a roll!!!

I can't decided if blogging once every 6 months is better then blogging all the time..... hahaha We sure have had a fun past 6 months. I still have some pictures that I can't get to upload. They must be to big. But here ya go!!!!

Mackenzie got glasses. She sure is growing up to be a beautiful young woman!!!

Eric's dad was in Boise for Easter, and so we took some time off work to go see him. Eric hadn't seen him in YEARS, and I had never met him. We all had such a nice visit. I really can't beleive how much Eric looks like his dad. Espically in this picture!!!!

Here is our kids Easter morning!!!

We stayed at Eric's brothers house and here are all the kids easter morning!!!

We had all the Boise grandkids come over and we did an easter egg hunt. Each kid was able to find 40 eggs each. You could only imagine how many eggs that was!! It got to the point that the eggs really weren't "hidden"!!

We took the kids to Twin Falls one Saturday to see the falls. We were all pretty impressed with how much water there was that day!!

Then soccer season started. We are all glad it's over for the year!!! lol

Mackenzie had her dance recital. Jazz dance

And clogging class

My parents came and visited us. They have yet to be here when the weather is nice!

Mackenzie and I went to get pedicures for her 11th bday. I think she is hooked for life!!

Grant played Winthrop in the High school / Middle school play

Grant and Mackenzie turned 11 years old!!

Eric turned.... Well, he got a football field cake!!

Instead of the Pinewood Derby, we had the Space Derby. We did it with another church in the valley (I think it was the catholic church), but Blake won FIRST PLACE!

And last but not least, we got 2 goats. Billy and Pete. We have fallen in love with these little guys.

So there you have our last 6 months. See ya in another 6!!!! ;)

Due date.....

Ha! Ha! Don't ya just love the title of this post??? I bet you thought I was pregnant!!! FAR FROM THAT ONE!!! But I gotta get people to read this thing somehow!!! But really, I think this post is far over due! I am just going to give you a brief run down of the past 4 months, and then you can enjoy the pictures....

These pictures are not in order, sorry. But here we go. Christmas; pillow pets. Enough said. We could have started there, and ended there. I can't believe how popular those silly things are!

Then we have the traditional christmas pj's

Halloween.... The xtra kids in the picture are Grant & Blake's cousins

Blake turns 8!!

We had a little family party. The dog.... is from Blake's mom. It's cute and we all love it, but it's NOT at our house!!

Gotta love the cake! hahaha

Family pictures. We were ALL freezing and the kids were not to thrilled about the whole thing!

We took the kids ice skating at the Olympic Oval in Utah. We had a BLAST!!

And last but certainly not least, Eric and I were sealed 2 days before our 2 year anniversary in the Jordan River Temple. I told him, "2 yrs going on eternity!" hahaha We had a beautiful day!!!! :)

I can't wait until I'm eight!

We had a WONDERFUL Labor Day weekend!! We went to Salt Lake for Coleman's baptism and the whole weekend was great!! First of all, we (we meaning me and a couple of my siblings)all took our kids to the Drive-In on Friday night. It was Eric's first drive in EVER!! We watched "Toy Story" and "Dispicable Me"(I know, I probably spelled that word wrong). It was a LATE night, but we all had a lot of fun and I got to love on my new baby nephew most of the time!!! Sorry some of the pictures are a little blurry!

Then the day that WE have all been waiting for... Coleman's baptism!! It was such a nice spiritual day. We woke up and got ready and took a few pictures, then we headed over to my parents Stake Center where we met up w/ other family and friends. Coleman's dad came from Oregon and baptised him, and he did a wonderful job! Afterwards, we all went out to the Golden Corral and ate lunch and visited. It all was so nice!

Later that evening, Mackenzie and Coleman went with their dad for the night and Eric, Grant, Blake and I all went to a friends house to watch the BYU game. It was fun to visit w/ old friends for a while.

While we were in SLC, we thought we would take the kids to Kennecott to see the Copper pit. They were pretty amazed.

And of course, you can't leave without taking the traditional picture in front of the big HUGE tires!!

And last but not least, today was the first day of school, so here are 2 of my cute children on their 1st day of school. Coleman started 2nd grade, and Mackenzie started 5th grade in the MIDDLE SCHOOL!!! Talk about feeling old!! :'(

Oh yeah, we also took the kids on a tour of the Conference Center, but as you all know, no pictures....just memories!!! :)
